The Cross Recessed Pan Head Thread Rolling Screws is a self-tapping locking fastener specially designed for metal sheets and plastic substrates. This product is usually made of carbon steel and undergoes carburizing heat treatment to achieve a certain surface hardness. The threaded part has a triangular cross-section (triangular tooth design), the head is a standard cross-shaped socket cap, and the surface is electroplated with blue-white zinc and treated with trivalent chromium passivation, presenting a uniform blue-white appearance. During installation, there is no need to pre-drill holes; it can be directly screwed into the pre-prepared bottom holes. The triangular teeth press against the hole wall material to form a tight thread fit, achieving self-locking and anti-loosening.

Product Feature

The triangular tooth pattern design ensures smooth self-tapping process. When screwed into the workpiece, it automatically extrudes the threads, resulting in a tight fit. It is less likely to loosen in a vibrating environment and has a better anti-loosening effect than ordinary machine teeth screws.

The cross shank is compatible with conventional cross screwdrivers, making disassembly and assembly convenient. The head has a rounded arc transition, and it is less likely to scratch the surface of the workpiece after assembly.

The surface is electroplated with blue and white zinc, and the coating is dense and uniform, preventing water vapor oxidation. It has strong rust prevention ability and is unlikely to rust or turn white after long-term storage.

The carbon steel base material has sufficient hardness. When screwed into the sheet, it is not likely to slip or break, and is suitable for various materials such as plastics and cold-rolled thin sheets.
