The triangular thread generates a locking torque through tooth deformation when screwed in, and has anti loosening self-locking function. Ordinary self tapping screws are pointed and used to self tap threads on plastic or thin plates. Triangular screws are flat headed like regular machine screws and require holes or nuts that have already been threaded. The difference is that after the triangular teeth are screwed in, there is an additional locking function that relies on the elastic deformation of the tooth shape to provide anti loosening torque.
The head is a disc head, with a larger compression area than a round head. The cross groove can be tightened with a regular cross screwdriver without the need for specialized tools. The height of the disc head is moderate, and there is not much protrusion after installation.

Comes with anti loosening function, no need for elastic pads or glue: after tightening the triangular teeth, they are locked by the radial force generated by the deformation of the teeth, and will not loosen on their own. Save on spring washers, glue coating process, and one less operation on the assembly line.
Repeatedly twisting it a few times can still lock it: triangular teeth are not disposable. Disassemble and reassemble, the tooth shape can still provide locking force. Unlike some anti loosening adhesives, which fail after being removed once. The equipment has been repaired and disassembled several times, but the screws can still be used.
The compression area of the disc head is large: the disc head is more stable than the round head. After installation, press down on the surface of the workpiece without loosening, suitable for materials such as thin sheets and plastic parts that are prone to deformation.
