Cross groove drive: The head is a disc head or a countersunk head, with a cross groove on top. Use a crosshead to drive, and the electric screwdriver will enter as soon as it is pressed. The depth of the cross groove is sufficient, and the screwdriver can be inserted and bitten firmly, making it difficult to jump out when hitting. The assembly line has a large amount of usage, and the cross groove is the most convenient.

Hardening treatment: After the screw is formed, it undergoes heat treatment, which increases the surface hardness. After the hardness increases, the threads will not curl or deform when screwed into the density board. A few teeth will become bald with regular screws, but it's still good to keep tightening until it's done.

Sharp tail with groove: The tail is pointed, and there is also a self tapping groove (also known as a cutting groove) on top of the pointed end. When entering, the pointed end should be aligned properly, and the self tapping groove should discharge the sawdust to reduce resistance. No need for pre drilling, just drill directly, saving one process.
