Countersunk Head Torx Drive Six Lobe

The Countersunk Head Torx Drive Six Lobe is a self-tapping fastener specifically designed for wood connections, manufactured strictly in accordance with relevant wood screw standards. This product is made from high-quality carbon steel through cold heading, with a 90° countersunk head structure. The top is machined with an internal Torx slot， the tail is designed as a pointed head and features cutting threads. The surface treatment offers two options： colored zinc (yellow zinc) and blue-white zinc. The colored zinc passivation film is thicker and has better corrosion resistance； the blue-white zinc has a silver-white clean appearance and complies with environmental protection requirements. The product specifications typically cover diameters ranging from 3.0mm to 8.0mm and lengths from 12mm to 120mm， which can meet the connection requirements of different wood thicknesses. Its countersunk design ensures that the screw head is flush with the wood surface after tightening, and the internal Torx slot ensures efficient torque transmission without slippage, making it the core fastener for woodworking assembly and outdoor wood structure connections.
