Jinghong Factory produces carbon steel blue and white zinc flower blue screws, which are adjustable components with loops or hooks at both ends, a sleeve in the middle, and a rotating sleeve that can tighten the steel wire rope. Carbon steel material, coated with blue and white zinc on the surface, rust proof enough for general outdoor and indoor use. It is much cheaper than stainless steel, with specifications ranging from M6 to M20. Commonly used sizes are available in stock, including open and closed bodies, and several end forms can be customized according to needs.

Product Description

The type with loops at both ends is called OO type, with pins or steel wire ropes inserted inside the loops, suitable for positions that are not frequently disassembled. The CC type with hooks on both ends is suitable for places that require frequent adjustment. The type with one end and one hook is called OC type, with one end fixed and the other end detachable. The UU type has forks at both ends, with pins inserted through the forks, which are more secure than rings and hooks and suitable for load-bearing structures. The customer selects the connection method, and we pair the corresponding end.

The sleeve of the open body is open, with the screw exposed to the outside, and the thread can be seen when adjusting. The sleeve of the closed body is tubular, and the screw is stored in the tube, with a clean appearance. Both options are available, with the closed body being more expensive but less prone to dust ingress and keeping the threads clean.
