Product Description

Carbon Steel Spring Nut is essentially a snap nut with inherent elasticity. Make a hole in the square tube in advance, grab the spring and insert it into the hole. With a "click", it will lock and not slide out. Then align the parts to be fixed, thread the screw into the internal thread of the spring nut, and tighten it.

During the tightening process, the spring plate will expand to both sides under force, and lock tighter with the inner wall of the square tube - precisely by utilizing the positive pressure of tightening screws, this is the mechanism of "tightening more and more" of the spring plate nut.

We used 65Mn spring steel as the material, which has high manganese content, good elasticity, and will not trip under vibration environment. The surface is galvanized.

The spring clamp is tight and will not fall off: The clamp foot made of 65Mn spring steel has good elasticity after heat treatment. When you need to remove it, you can pinch the clamp foot with your fingers to take it out without damaging the material.

Manual operation, simple and fast: no machine is required, and there is no need to tighten the nut from the back. After punching the hole, insert the leaf spring nut by hand, and the locking foot will automatically open and hang. One person can complete it on the front without flipping or coordinating with two people.
