Product Description

The clamp is placed outside the hose, and the screw passes through the ears at both ends of the clamp. Rotate the handle clockwise, pull the ears at both ends of the screw towards the middle, tighten the clamp, and hold the hose tightly. Rotate counterclockwise to loosen the clamp. The tightness can be adjusted freely - just tighten it to prevent water leakage, without the need for multiple turns like a worm clamp. When quick disassembly is needed, releasing the handle is several times faster than using a worm clamp

The strap of the clamp is stamped with 304 stainless steel, surface passivated, and silver white in color. Stainless steel does not rust, so there is no need to worry about rust contamination when used in food pipelines and medical equipment.

Product Feature

The locking force is sufficient: when the handle rotates, the screw pulls the ears at both ends towards the middle and tightens the clamp. After tightening with some force, the hose cannot be pulled out and water cannot leak out. The pressure bearing capacity is similar to that of a worm clamp, and is generally sufficient for low-pressure pipelines.

Quick disassembly and assembly: Loosening the handle is much faster than loosening the screws. When cleaning equipment, the hose should be removed for disinfection. The clamp can be loosened by hand and tightened after washing. The worm clamp still needs to be rotated for half a day with a screwdriver.
