Our factory specializes in producing Brass Hex Standoff Female to Female, made of H59 or H62 brass. Both ends are machined with internal threads, and the overall shape is hexagonal cylindrical. The product is used for layered support and electrical isolation of PCB boards, sheet metal parts, and internal components of chassis.
The copper pillar is hexagonal in shape, just like a nut. When gripping the hexagonal surface with a wrench, it doesn't slip when turning, allowing for tight tightening. The hexagonal shape allows the pillar to be firmly fixed with a wrench, and then the screw can be tightened.
Double-pass refers to a design where there are threaded holes on both ends. This design places the copper pillars between two layers of boards, and screws are inserted from both ends to connect the upper and lower layers of boards. Multiple copper pillars can also be connected in series to form a more complex support structure. Another type is called single-pass, which has external threads on one end and internal threads on the other, with a different installation method. Double-pass offers greater flexibility and is most suitable for situations where both ends need to be fixed.

Hexagonal shape, can be gripped by a wrench: The hexagonal diagonal dimensions are controlled according to standards, allowing for a secure grip without slipping when using an open-end wrench. When tightening the screws on both ends, the wrench can be used to secure the copper pillar, ensuring the screws are tightened securely. Round copper pillars do not have this function.
