The specifications range from M3 to M10. The product combines the electrical conductivity, heat conductivity, non-magnetism, corrosion resistance and non-sparking characteristics of copper. A bulge lock can be formed on the backside by single-sided self-tapping riveting, without the need for welding or double-sided operation. The recessed head does not protrude and the appearance is neat. The vertical lines or hexagonal column shape can prevent rotation. It is widely used in scenarios such as distribution cabinet panels, communication cabinets, copper bar connections, explosion-proof electrical appliances, decorative copper art and food and chemical equipment where there are requirements for flatness, material uniformity and corrosion resistance of thin plates with single-sided threaded connections.

During installation, it is inserted into the pre-drilled recess from one side of the sheet, and the core rod is pulled using a self-tapping gun to cause the tail to bulge and lock on the backside. No welding, tapping, or double-sided operation is required. The product can be supplied in bare copper form, or it can be treated with passivation, tin plating, or nickel plating as per customer requirements to enhance weather resistance.
