Anti Theft Torx Security Pan Head Screw

This machine screw, produced by Jinghong Fasteners, is made of high-quality 304 (A2-70) austenitic stainless steel, featuring excellent rust prevention and corrosion resistance properties. Its head is a low-profile semi-round head (flat head) design, with a Torx top, and an additional anti-disassembly column (anti-drill pin/safety pin) is added in the center of the Torx slot.

This special "Torx + anti-disassembly column" structure makes it impossible for ordinary hex wrenches or Torx screwdrivers to operate it. Only the corresponding dedicated threaded pilot head of this specification can be used to tighten it. It is mainly used to prevent equipment from being randomly disassembled or maliciously damaged by non-professionals, and is widely used in public facilities, instruments and equipment, rail transit and security products.

The central anti-pull column can effectively prevent the intrusion of common tools, significantly increasing the difficulty of disassembly and providing excellent security protection.

Selecting 304 stainless steel material, the tensile strength meets the standard, and it does not rust even in outdoor humid, acidic, and alkaline complex environments, making it durable.

The semi-circular head design ensures that the surface is level and the force is evenly distributed after installation. Not only is it visually neat, but it can also effectively reduce the risk of accidental scratches.

The polygonal force-bearing surface design of the Torx is different from traditional cross or straight slots. When tightening， it can withstand greater torque， reducing the risk of damaging the screw head or causing the tool to slip.
