A-Type Chamfered Flat Washer

Product Description

The chamfered outer edge means that a small slope has been worn off the edge, not a right angle. This chamfer has two benefits - one is that it doesn't scratch your hands when you feel it, and assembly workers don't get stuck when holding it; Secondly, the edge of the gasket will not scratch the surface of the workpiece. When installed on equipment with chamfering requirements, chamfered washers are more regular than flat edge washers. The chamfer of our gasket is controlled according to ISO 7090 standard, and both the angle and width meet the standards.

Grade A is the highest precision grade among flat washers. The tolerances for inner diameter, outer diameter, and thickness are stricter than those of Class C (ordinary grade). If the size of the washer used on 8.8 grade high-strength bolts is irregular, the pre tightening force will be biased, and the bolt connection will not be secure. The size of the A-grade washer is accurate, the bolt passes through without looseness or shaking, and the force is evenly distributed after locking.

Chamfering the outer edge, without scratching or damaging the workpiece: the right angle on the edge has been ground off, turning into a small slope. The workers hold it without sticking their hands, and after installation, the edges will not scratch the surface of the workpiece. For workpieces that require appearance such as painted parts and stainless steel panels, chamfered washers are more suitable than flat edge washers.

A-level precision, size specifications: A-level is the highest precision level for flat washers, with strict tolerances for inner diameter, outer diameter, and thickness. The bolt passes through without looseness or tightness, and after locking, the washer is evenly stressed and will not deviate to one side. Used on 8.8 grade high-strength bolts, the pre tightening force is only stable when the size is accurate.
